As a Placement Specialist with over 20 years’ experience, she remembers hand delivering CV’s to clients when email hadn’t been invented yet! She has worked with the smallest of clients to the largest of corporates, spanning many industries from Accounting and Finance to Marketing and eCommerce. She especially enjoys working with HR individuals on both sides of the interviewing table.




Loren Robertson

Loren started her Recruitment career in 2006! She has also been exposed to the broader HR function, training and skills development. She believes strongly in steadfast client and candidate service. Loren and Lesley have worked together for a number of years during this time and think along the same lines when it comes to careers and matching the right candidates to their roles. Loren is passionate about recruitment and ensures this flame keeps burning by building and nurturing her relationships with clients and candidates.

Toni comes to The Career Network with years of administration experience. She has worked in the Financial Services industry as well as for small satellite branches of international companies.Toni keeps things at The Career Network in order and makes 100% sure that systems run smoothly and easily for the Recruiters. She’s the friendly voice and face who will greet you when you call or come in to see us. She’s our right and left hand at times!




Graham Boxall
Director

Graham is a Business Coach and has spent over 20 years in the Corporate Financial Services Industry; many of those working with Intermediaries and Independent Financial Planners helping them grow their businesses through effective Business Strategies.

He has recently been researching emerging trends in the relationship between employer and employee in an environment where the expectation of life time employment no longer exists. Increasingly the employee is attracted to businesses that offer greater flexibility and development opportunities where shared values and the attainment of personal goals are important.
