About the Job
The main purpose of this role will be to ensure that the content is recorded and mixed accurately, voices are synced perfectly into the target language and that any sound issues are flagged to the media department, therefore a qualification or background in sound would give you the upper hand when applying for this position.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional dubbing experience, attention to detail, who have a good command of Afrikaans and/or German and who have a strong team spirit.
If you have a great attitude, are willing to learn and mentor others, have a strong work ethic, love local TV, and have the ability to work in a close knit team, then this may be the right position for you. Successful candidates will report the Production Manager and will work closely with our talent and localisation teams.

Run a recording session
Mixing

Run vocal tracking, ADR etc session

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 4 – 5 Years as a Dubbing Engineer
Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Sound Engineering
Protools
Experience in sound, media or film industry
Specific Skills
DAW – advantageous
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Postproduction processes
Afrikaans, German and English comprehension
Driver’s license (offices at the airport)
