What We Do
The Career Network is an Executive Search and Professional Recruitment business based in Cape Town working across SA, Africa, Europe, UK and USA.
Our main focus is on middle management to senior executive and specialist positions.
We recognise that globally employers are struggling with creating an equitable workplace. Our thorough approach results in the best and most suitable candidates being offered to our clients. With 28 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, we understand the huge commitment both client and candidate make to the hiring process.

Graham Boxall
Director
Graham comes from a background in Business Coaching and has spent a number of years helping businesses develop their strategies and plans. This includes effective talent acquisition processes, as, mistakes when hiring staff who will not add value to your business, can be very costly and extremely time consuming to resolve. Recently he has honed his skills at International Sourcing using the latest techniques and tools.
Lesley Boxall
Director / Senior Recruitment Partner
As a Senior Recruiter with over 28 years’ experience, Lesley has completed the Management Development Program (MDP) for Employment Services Professionals (with distinction) through the University of the Witwatersrand. She has recruited for a very wide range of clients across all levels including Executive Placements. Lesley works in Executive Search and Market Mapping for certain clients, but also handles the full 360 recruitment cycle end to end for others. She's worked across industries in SA and globally into Africa, UK, Europe and USA. She takes a great amount of care with her clients and the careers of her candidates and always aims to seamlessly bring them together in the perfect match!

Social Media Guru
Bronwyn has a passion for expressing an authentic message across to an audience. Her background has predominantly been in sales, marketing, events and personal development. She is purpose-driven and aims to positively impact others, which comes across in a lot of the content that she develops.
